02/21/2008 Software Update
For the next few weeks the we will be testing the new Instant Mvr System for online customers nightly from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm. This should not interfear with normal operations but if you experiance difficulties transmitting during these times pleas call to verify transmission.

MVR State Fee Increase
Montana increased their state fee from $7.00 to $7.25 effective
January 14, 2008

West Virginia increased their state fee from $5.00 to $8.00 effective
February 01, 2008.

Paperwork update
An additional agreement is now required to request MVRs from Maryland.
Contact Staftrack Data Center for details. The agreement will be published
on this web site later this month.

Wintrack 3.2  is now downloadable from this site. Please call Doug Johnston

9. Added functionality for distribution of reports. This provides the capability for large customers and resellers distribute reports
    more rapidly to other departments, offices or customers.

The State of Washington, District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, and Alaska are now requested manually.  The turnaround is taking longer than usual because of the mail.

The states of Washington and Pennsylvania have new state required release forms to be used.  We are in the process of getting these forms updated on our website.  If you would like a copy of these forms sent to you contact Michelle Talbert at

The requirements for requesting District of Columbia driving records has changed.  We now must send in a legible copy of the drivers license with the request as well as a signed generic release form.
